  • Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

Subscriptions or memberships (if applicable)
Wellness tools or products offered directly by us or via third parties

  • Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.
  • No cancellation fees will be deducted when cancelled before 24 hours of booking.
  • When cancelled after 24 hours the money will not be refunded.
  • Requests cannot be accepted if the program, service, or access has already been delivered or activated.
  • For subscriptions, auto-renewals must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Technical Issues

In the event of damaged links, access problems, or other technical faults, please contact our support team within 2 days of purchase.

Upon verification, we may:

  • Reissue access
  • Provide an alternative solution
  • In rare cases, issue a refund

  • Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
